Expectations & Guidelines

1. This is a juried show. All merchandise must be made by the maker and maker must be present. Resell or direct sale are strictly prohibited.
2. Only licensed vendors can sell collegiate wares at the show. If you are unlicensed, you cannot sell collegiate wares.
3. Spaces are limited and divvied up among the categories.
   
4. Spaces will be available throughout the mall and are equally spread for each category. You are not guaranteed any requested spots, due to ensuring booths are varied.
5. Two booth sizes are available. 4' by 8' and 10' by 10' spaces. Electric is available, but limited. Booth sitters will be provided.
   
6. All tables must have a tablecloth covering it which reaches the floor. Displays must be under 6 feet tall. No exceptions. All displays are subject to follow all mall rules and regulations.
   
7. You are responsible for charging sales tax, having a vendor’s license to sell your wares and insurance.
   
8. Once accepted, payment will be due immediately. A detailed letter will be sent out with information on the event. Refunds will NOT be available for cancellations.
   
9. Event time will vary depending on the day. Times will be released closer to the event.
10. If guidelines are not followed, you will not be invited back to any future events.
