Expectations & Guidelines


1.  -This is a juried show. All merchandise must be made by the maker and maker must be present. NO BUY RESELL OR DIRECT SALES.

2. -Limited spaces are available, so limited space for each category.

3. -Once accepted, payment will be due immediately. 

4. -Booth sizes vary. We offer 2 sizes. The first is a 4’ by 8’ and 10’x10’ spaces available inside and out.  (ALL TABLES MUST have a cloth table cover it and it must reach to the floor.) NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. -Electric is available, but limited.

6. -NO DISPLAYS OVER 6 FT TALL.

7. -All displays are subject to follow all mall rules and regulations.

8. -Please be considerate and have patience so everyone has a great day!

9. -You are responsible for charging sales tax, having a vendor’s license to sell your wares and insurance.

10. -If you are not licensed to sell collegiate products, leave them at home!

11. -Spaces will be available throughout the mall and you are not guaranteed where your space will be located.

12. - NO REFUNDS for CANCELLATIONS

13. -If guidelines are not followed, you will not be invited back to any future events.

14. -Booth sitters will be provided.

15. -After accepted, a detailed letter will be mailed.

16. -Event time will vary depending on the day. Times will be released closer to the event.
